Mary Mckenzie

Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate

My Story

Feeling stressed and anxious most of the time can be tough. I desire to help others by providing support, coping skills, and therapy techniques that are easy to understand to heal. I work with adults and adolescents using a faith-based approach to assist people in reaching goals such as improving mental health, navigating relational issues, and improving self-esteem.

As a therapist, I teach clients how our thoughts, behaviors, and emotions intertwine to impact our mental health. I provide a safe environment to learn and process ways to achieve your goals using therapy techniques from Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy.

Taking the first step can be hard. I provide short consultations to help ease the therapy process. Give me a call today and we can talk for a few minutes to discuss how I can help. I look forward to hearing from you.
